Lakes at Stake Featured on Fox 6 Milwaukee

Milwaukee TV station Fox 6 aired their investigative report on the wakeboat controversy in Wisconsin. We strongly encourage you to view the feature and share it with your friends and neighbors.

 

Lakes at Stake was pleased to provide background information to reporter Bryan Polcyn, including taking him kayaking on Pewaukee Lake in metro Milwaukee. Due to the sheer volume of material, Fox 6 was not able to include a discussion of the transportation of aquatic invasive species (AIS) such as Spiny Water Fleas in wakeboat ballast tanks. That said, this video is a great primer for those not familiar with the issue.
